2. Registration

1) Registration: All participants are required to register through the online registration system (apcocs2018.org) by 28th Feb 2018.
2) Registration fee: USD 100(on-site)
※ Registration kit includes an abstract book, gift, dinner(24th Oct) and lunch(25th Oct).
3) Invitation letter: All participants who need an official invitation letter from the organizing committee should apply through e-mail (info@kscsc.or.kr). The secretariat office will issues the invitation letters within a week and replies by e-mail. However, it is only for the person who has registered through online in advance.

3. Presentation

1) Poster presentation
① Who: Person who wants to present at this conference. No limit on the number of people(Posters can be put up on 25th Dec for 60 min).
② Subject: Free topic related to sport coaching
③ Submission process: Corespondent authors should submit abstracts through e-mail 31st Aug. As a general rule, you should write in English in MS Word limited one A4 sheet. Please refer to Attachment 1.
2) Oral presentation
① Who: Six participants selected by organizing committee in each session among people who want to do an oral presentation. Studies not selected for oral presentation will be replaced by a poster presentation. (15minutes presentation and 5minutes discussion at session-specific venue in 25th Oct)
② Subject: Free topic related to sport coaching
③ Submission process: Correspondent authors should submit abstracts through e-mail 31st Aug. As a general rule, you should write in English in MS Word limited one A4 sheet. Please refer to Attachment 1.
3) Guest lecture
① Who: 10 participants invited by organizing committee(15minutes presentation and 5minutes discussion at session-specific venue in 24th Oct).
② Subject Subjects requested by the Organizing Committee for each speaker
③ Submission process: Corespondent authors should submit abstracts through e-mail 31st Aug. As a general rule, you should write in English in MS Word limited five A4 sheets. Please refer to Attachment 1.

4. Accommodations

When registering online, two types of accommodation are available to those who have applied for accommodation. Other participants must book their accommodation individually.
1) University dormitory: There is a student dormitory for two people. The cost is USD 30 per person. (Breakfast is provided in the student cafeteria and included in the above fees).
2) Hotels: It takes only 5 minutes from business hotel to conference venue by walk. It is single room and costs USD 85 per person per night (the price includes breakfast). However, organizing committee has the responsibility to provide full support for guest and special lecturers (Hotel prices, and reservation and expenses of flight).
※ If you have any questions about accommodation or nearby facilities, please contact the person in charge of each country separately.

5. Transportation

1) Flight: As a general rule, participants should individually have the responsibility to get flight tickets. However, the organizing committee will provide economic seats for guest and special lecturers.
2) Transportation: Move individually from Incheon Airport by Airport Limousine (6300).
